Eat a healthy, nutritious diet rich in fruit and vegetables. Reduce or eliminate caffeine ( coffee, black and green tea, cola drinks, and chocolate ).

Exercise relieves tension, increases oxygen to the brain, and gives a a brief interlude from stressful work-related activities.
10. Rest & Recreate
Try to book time as a normal part of your day to slow down and do anything you enjoy, even if it is just for a few minutes.
